Amazing half day tour with Saul
Such a wonderful morning, exploring the Uros floating islands. He was warm, knowledgable, and gave great insight into how the islands are built and how the local community lives on the water. We got to visit a family, learn about their traditions, and even take a ride on one of the traditional reed boats. Saul made the whole expereince feel authentic and personal, not rushed at all. An unforgettable Lake Titicaca Experience
Our 2 day Lake Titicaca tour with Discover Lake Titicaca was fantastic from start tofinish. Our guide, Abel was friendly, knowledgable, and made the expereinceboth enjoyable and informative. Visiting Uros flating Islands and staying with local family on Amantani Island was truly unforgettable. Unique site, worth visiting
We had a free day in Puno, after visiting Lake Titicaca and decided to visit the Sillustani Towers as our guide spoke highly about its prominence. It was a very unique trip, expect to walk a bit and carry water bottle. The tour was very nice, Saul was our guide, who spoke perfect English and shared many intresting things about the site, bringing the history to life. Ruben and Nancy made all the difference
We did the full day tour with guide Ruben and it was very unique experience. Nancy picked us up from the hotel on the day of the tour and she was very kind and helpful. They also stored our bags while we were on the tour. Taquile island involved a bit of hike but it was very well organised with regular stops. The full day Lake Titicaca tour was an excellent experience. Visiting the Uros Flaoting islands and Taquile Island was fascinating,and the scenery on the lake was stunning. We opted for this full day trip before travelling to Bolivia and we are very happy with everything. The communication, guide, transfers everything was efficient. The guide was very knowledgable. This was a perfect day trip from Puno, the pickup was very well cordinated and the guide was very knowledgable and passionate to share information about the local traditions and customs. Did this full day Lake Titicaca tour and it was perfectly organized, it included visits to two different islands and our guide, fausto was very passionate in sharing his knowledge about the places and culture. It was pretty cool seeing the views and the other boats out on the water as well as seeing the locals living on the floating islands. In December 2022, with a group of friends and we booked a tour to the Titicaca Lake in Puno with Discover Lake Titicaca. It was a great experience to visit one of the islands and to talk to the locals and learn about their way of life.
